Does anyone know the correct number for my 93 ATX and cost? So far I've found 3 either from other posts on this site, shotimes or autozone. Autozone says one is not required? Here's what I've found.

Wells F134 ($30)

Wells SU242

A2SS-M-727 ($70, not sure brand)

Just want to make sure I get the right one and don't pay too much.

Thanks!
Chad

The Wells F134 from AutoZone is the correct Camshaft Position/Cylinder Identification sensor. For some reason AutoZone does not properly list this for ATX SHO's, but I can assure you that the sensor is the same for every V6 SHO made.

SHOooo is right about the Wells F134 being the cylinder identification (CID) sensor mounted on the rear bank camshaft. The Wells SU242 is the crankshaft position sensor (CPS).

Thanks SHOoo and sdpatt! I forgot to ask one thing, is it a good idea to change the cam seal at the same time even if it's not leaking? If so, is that a separate part #?
