What's the main difference between camber plates and strut mounts?

A strut mount is where the strut is mounted to. A Camber plate is an adjustable plate, usually directly on top of the strut tower.

Some camber adjustments are made by physically moving the strut mount back and forth through the holes in the top of the strut tower. A camber platedoes the same, but the mount is usally attatched to it.

Every Taurus has a camber/caster plate its simply how camber and caster is adjusted. The mount is bolted to the plate, and if you need to adjust the camber or caster you need to remove the spot welds and move it around to the desired spec. then your "Suppose" to pop rivet it back in place, but the bolts hold it just fine.
