cam weld issues

Yes on the plug. I pulled slag out of my oil for 4 changes after installing a plug. And it had at least 4 changes before that.

well i did buy a plug. going to get an oil filter magnet too for some extra protection. hoping the car will be done in a couple days now (maybe as soon as tomorrow)

x2 on the Magnetic Plug. Welds look good, not sure all the way around was necessary, but to each their own.

i heard/saw it run today runs smoother than my sable... it has a magnetic drain plug and i found some "rare earth magnets" today that are really strong that i am going to trow on the filter. gonna get it home tomorrow. wish me luck on the tranny holding out that long!
