I found this the other day sort of by accident. When I was getting the new Calipers I was researching that the rear caliper piston has to be screwed in as opposed to the Fronts and even the rear of my old Durango that were able to be pressed in. $12 dollars later I have a dedicated tool for the rear calipers. Before you call it a uni-tasker check it out. First of all as the package shows it has five fairly common indentations for different vehicles. I can count at least two vehicles this tool will work on probably three. Center the tabs that fit your calipers, insert a 3/8 drive extension bar probably 3 or 4 inch and turn as necessary to flush the piston.

This step is usually necessary to flush the piston for replacement of pads since the new pads will be higher than the ones being removed.

Note the tabs facing up are for my 2013 SEL rear calipers my initial guess is the same for at least 2010-15 models again there are six tabs so one of them should work.

If this is a job you plan to do a few times, or have a few different vehicles with similar rear brake setups (pretty common on vehicles with parking brakes as part of the rear caliper) I suggest you spend a bit more money and get the kits that will compress at the same time as rotating the piston.

I used one of these cubes one time before I spent the extra money to get the kit in the blow mold case. It is much less frustrating if you plan to use it more than once. You can also usually borrow the rear disc brake compression kit from your local parts store if you don't want to spend the money to buy your own.

Yep. that is the exact kit I "borrowed" from O'Reillys. The little square gold dohickey works OK, but the kit works much better.

I have the little cube, and it works very well. But that set displayed by MNRubyRed2013 looks like a dream come true.
I had no idea there was a nice set like that available to do the brakes.
It is not a fun job, and everything that helps it along is appreciated, seems like it is always done in a hurry as well.
