SHO GoDz 89
True Sleeper
Tomorrow will be the last day I will own a Gen 2. I'm selling my Moonlight Blue 94 MTX to some guy who has always dreamed of owning a SHO. Although I feel guilty by pawning off my SHO to him, I need the money...and I couldn't refuse his offer.
I honestly hope he has better luck with it than I did. I fixed so many things on it and it has really given me a good understanding of how these cars are affected by mileage...the engine not so much, but the body yes.
So I think this is it for me when it comes to Gen 2's. I think I'm going to go back to Gen 1's and stay there. Gen 2's although have many advantages, I just don't like the look as much as a Gen 1 and the extra weight that they come with also does not appeal to me.
The fact that a bone stock 89 could blow the doors off my bolt on 94 is what makes me want a gen 1 so bad.
I had my fun, I broke it, I fixed it, I learned plenty with it...so now I'll be getting an 89 again and I won't be going back.
Sorry for you guys who loved the blue. I know it was a gorgeous color, and I will miss that very much, but it isn't worth the hassle that came with the car....besides I need to pay off some certain people who have been very patient with me.
So here are some pics I've taken along the time I've owned my 94.
