You guys anwsered all my questions except the one that burns my mind night and day. Please does anyone know if the 5speed/police bush for the front lateral link will work on the atx. I work at a ford dealer so when i looked up the part (the bush) it would only show bush alone for the 5 speed only not the atx. I dont want to start a massive project such as this unprepared. I hope it does if not i have to buy the whole arm aaaggghhh! if any one in the socal needs a hookups for parts e mail me ill see if i can help.

When you say the front lateral link are you referring to the strut rod? The strut rod is the toe control rod that connects from the front of the subframe to the control arm.

If so, yes, all the strut rod bushings are interchangable.
