Bubbling window trim

Is this a common deal with the black coated window trim?? Mine looks terrible its all bubbled like it's got rust underneath or something. Anyone know where to get it? how much $$ Is it a pain in the #$%#$^&^$ to swap out??

It's pretty common. Rust under there. Check out some of the SHO used parts vendors and see if they have any in good condition.
