Being a ***** I managed to bend one and break another of the front tensioner bolts (the short ones, both same size). Does anyone know of a source for them (Dealer, or are they disco?) I'd be glad to buy a few off a parts car if anyone has some, too. Need to find them ASAP so I can finish the front 60k.

Second issue.. One of the bolts broke off in one of the holes used to pull the crank damper. Does anyone have experience removing a broken bolt from one of the holes, and what size bolt remover would I need? I am going to try a small vicegrip that I just got, but there isn't a lot sticking out past the hole, so it may need to be backed out with an easy-out type deal.

Thanks!

There's a place by me called Metric and Multistandard Components Corp. that either has in stock any metric bolt you can imagine, or can get it to you in a day or two. I know they have a few other locations sprinkled throughout the States, and one in Germany, but I don't know exactly where they are.

But that, or someplace like that would be your best bet for a replacement, save for the junkyard.
