Broken Down SHO 495

I saw a broken down SHO on the inner loop of the beltway on my way home yesterday at exit 11.

It is Green, 1993-95, no plates, and looks a little banged up. Does it belong to anyone here?? I pulled over to see if I could offer help but it had been abandoned. It was still there when I was on my way to work this morning.

What color interior? Is it clean inside? Any goodies? (i.e. headunit)

And what happens if it really is "abandoned"? Not saying i'm a thief or something, but if the state picks it up there just gonna crush it. Either that or try and auction it off.
