I ripped what I think is the EVR (EGR vacuum regulator) source vacuum tube connector on the back of the intake manifold. Basically, if you have EGR (California MTX and all ATX), and you look at the back of your intake manifold (near the firewall) you'll see a small black plastic tube coming off the intake manifold toward the rear of the engine (right of the engine bay from straight on). I broke the connector for this little plastic tube to the intake. What have other people used as a replacement, or is this a part I can actually order from Ford? I don't see anything about this tubing in the Helms.
In the picture you can see my attempt at a temp. fix: lovely duct tape.
By the way, that yellow tag has nothing written on it.
A second question: would the tubing and connector come with the EVR? The part number on the EVR is: E53E-A1A 9J459.

You broke the actual tube that comes out of the intake? If that is the case your best bet would be to replace that rear tank, as I do not think that is a serviceable part. I have a couple intakes here, but you might be able to find one closer to you. I'm about 300 miles away.

I highly doubt that tubing and conncector would come with a new EVR, those are probably seperate pieces that are no longer available (I would imagine as Ford loves to discontinue things like that.)

Edit: Depending on how bad the break is, you could probably patch it up good with some JB weld.

If there's a hose like that on the ATX, that is interchangeable, I can send it to you for shipping cost only.

Back in Michigan ... again.
Just go down to your local auto parts store and get some high strength rubber tubing. I broke the plastic portion of that same EGR tubing, the parts dept. at Ford said that's how they repair those things, so I just got a section of hose at the parts store down the street. High strength hose will work a-ok; I've been running it on my atx for months with no problems.

As stated just get you some vaccumm line. Those molded plastic vaccumm line get brittle and break. I replaced mine several years ago with standard vaccumm line.
