I'm out for this one. They're transferring my father from the hospital to rehab this morning and I've got to help get him settled and take care of a few things for him since he'll probably be there for at least a month if not longer so I'm not going to be able to make it.

Everyone have a good time, and I'll leave heckling BLFB in Mel and Randy's capable hands!

Chris, good luck with your Dad. It won't be the same without hearing "are you breaking some sort of law by being here?" but I'll muttle through somehow.

well breakfast was good, the people were nice, the cars were nice. i wish i could have gone to F1. but my day still sucked i got a $210 ticket on the way over..... sooo ya it sucked

I will be there the car will be a little messy however...I also will have a friend...he's on these forums..not sure his user name, but he doesn't think his SHO can make it..so we're takin the 'tec! also I think I'm just going to the breakfast....I don't think I'll be going to the F1.

That would have been me but i unfortunately had previous engagements i was unaware of however we will be there next time which will be my first breakfast attendance and ive been on the forums like 3 years now:laugh_ti:

Defintly a good time. There is another F1 event in February. This all worked out very well. Breakfast, then F1 was what, 15 minutes away. You guys who had to leave early missed out, we had a blast.

It was busy all day at work. So at least I made money.

Their schedule was pretty well booked up, but Kirk and I were able to get into one.

So thank you Mel and all for giving my jeep bad Karma.
At the breakfast you all mentioned you smelled antifreeze..

Last night in the middle of nowhere the water pump bearing failed. At first I guessed it was only a thrown belt.
No alt, no powersteering, and of course no cooling.

Limped down to a gas station, and then the nearest autoparts store. Bought the belt and the tools needed to put the belt back on.

Got it started back up and pulley started wobbling pretty good.. But held the belt.

I limped the truck most of the way home, and it threw the belt again, and this time the truck got too warm and the fluid all gushed out.
At this point I decided to park it.


Called a cab because I wasnt going to wait 2 hours for AAA in the cold. Got in my girls car and went back.

Had it towed to the NTB where I work weekends and I'll fix it tonight or tomorrow.

Chris, I Called bob's, Adam gave me a good price on the NTB account..
