I'm not exactly sure if this was how other people were posting for help but here goes. I just bought a 95 SHO. Automatic (Atx) is that what that means? Anyways I know it needs a power steering pump. But now, under acceleration, it smokes really bad and I found out that it will not hold tranny fluid. Leaks out almost as fast as I pour it in. I drove maybe two miles and now I'm without my DD. Please tell me I didn't f#!* up my trans. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

first off, check the ATX to cooler line connections. I had one pop off on the Gen III I bought. Actually the previous owner sold it to me because he thought the tranny was gone. Find the leak and we can then tell you the severity of it. The smoke is probably tranny fluid on your exhaust.

Yes, check the lines on the front side [closest to front bumper]. These lines are held in place with a clip if I remember right, and have o-rings to prevent them from leaking. Any little cut in the o-ring and they will pour out fluid very fast. It's a cheap fix for only the cost of the o-rings [less than two dollars], and just takes a little time to replace them. You will want to remove the lines and pull the o-rings, taking them to your local autostore to match the size for replacement rings.
