Get 94/95 knuckles from the junkyard and upgrade to the 96 brakes with 11.6 rotors. THough this might come close on your budget.

I have a 92 and for a while I ran with cross drilled rotors and some semi metallic pads. I dont know the brand and they held up pretty good. I know hawk pads are pretty good and I would recommend those. I now have a Cobra brakes.

I would do the 96 upgrade. just because you should do it anyway. but if you are on a tight budget you can get rotors, pads and the master cylinder for acouple hundred. You would be much better off with the 96 brakes though.

You will get more out of the 96 brakes then the Borla. I have 13" brakes and they are vast improvment over the stock brakes. I know a couple people with 96 brakes and they love them.

You will need:
96 Calipers and Brackets (or 95 Continetal becasue not all Shops list the right brakre parts for a 96SHO)
96 Pads
94/95 Knuckles (make sure they have ABS and good bearings)
96 Rotors (11.6")

It is not too hard to do. It will be a bit of a pain to get the knuckles off but it can be done in a weekend.

Or you can get cobra calipers & brackets & cobra pads, drill the caliper bracket holes .7" upward and bolt them over 11.6" rotors.
