brakes out of proportion

Hey Guys, I just had the same problem on mine, rear right side inner pad was worn out to the metal, I had it check out and it was the slider pin that clogged up so its been cleaned and greased all is fine now BTW all the pads in the rear were like brand new but I replaced all of them since I had to purchased a whole set.

Not only does the caliper have to slide on the slider pins but the caliper has to be free to move on the mount. Corrosion can also interfere with this movement.
