Here's the scoop:

91 Sho, mostly stock everything, having some problems with the brakes:
When bleeding the brakes, I get very little fluid out of the rear right line, after several attempts, I can get some to run out(with someone standing on the brake pedal), but with any of the other brakes it was squirt plentifully with minimal effort. Can't find any kinks in the line, don't think I have a clog, any ideas?
Brakes are also rather puny compared to what they used to be, feels like they just wont kick in fully.

you might want to consider running a new line from you booster to your rear brake. theres obviously something going on, esp since all the other brakes are fine. ive been told its not very difficult to do, and i think it only costs about 15 bucks for 5 feet of brakeline, but it sounds like its definately clogged (possibly kinked) but it would have to be at the booster inlet where the fluid goes into the line.

Try bleeding the brakes with the car sitting on the ground. If the car is jacked up and the porportioning valve is not opened by vehicle weight, it is almost impossible to push fluid through it.

That's a good idea, but it's always been down when I bled them, I can reach around the tire for the bleeder valve so I didn't take time to jack it.

If your car has been driven in SALT, it is possible that the porportioning valve has frozen up (corroded) where the valve stems enter the block, it seizes up. I have replaced several that have failed this way.

The bracket that secures the rubber hose to the strut can corrode. That causes the inside of the bracket to swell and crush the hose, preventing fluid from passing. Just one of several possibilities.
