First of all, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Monday, I was about to leave
the local mall when I lost the Sho's brakes. The brake pedal went way down
and I could barely stop the Sho from 10mph. Checked the fluid reservoir, it
was filled, and no brake light was on.

Put the atx in low and headed to one of my mechanics a half mile away,
leaving a lot of space between me and the car ahead of me. Three stoplights
later, I made it to the mechanics shop( I forgot that I could have used the
emergency brake to help!) trailing a line of brake fluid.

The next day the mechanic replaced the two long lines underneath the
Sho, but said after (15)years" all the lines were corroded there". Next week
I'm bringing the Sho to a specialist to see what he says. But that was the
type of excitement I could do without.

Happy Thanksgiving to you also John! Sorry to hear of your brake line issues, but your mechanic is correct. Better off to do all the steel lines at once. Good luck with the repairs!
