What is the name of these bolts? the ones with the big silver heads, right beside the plugs.....you can see three of them looking directly at the engine.

When im looking at my engine from the front, my left one has oil leaking out?
should i just replace it or what?

Those are the cam cover bolts. Try gently torquing it down, but don't overdo it as the heads are aluminum. If that doesn't work or if the rubber underneath is visibly cracked you might need new grommets.

You shouldn't need to replace the bolts unless they are stripped out.

Fortunately, the guys at shosource.com came up with a solution:

Just a warning, the cam cover bolts are shoulder bolts, they have a shoulder at the base of the threads that bears against a machined surface on the cylinder head. If they're already tight, the shoulder is seated, "torquing them down" won't make them any tighter and risks stripping the threads in the head, or shearing off the threaded stud at the end of the bolt. As others pointed out, they take a very gentle torque, don't reef on them. If they're leaking, you need new grommets for the bolt heads, get 'em from SHOSource, and thank them for making a part that is otherwise Unobtanium.

If your cheap, and don't want to buy new ones, you can put a little RTV on the underside and reinstall it.

Only the front ones. It is pretty easy to remove the intake, especially after doing the throttle body bypass.
