Yesterday the blower went to high, like it should on a hot day, then immediately to low, back to high and now it is stuck on low. Is this the Blower control module? How do I bypass to see if the fan is OK and this is what I need? I read a bunch of posts on the blower control module and want to see if I am on the right track before I buy a $200.00 non-returnable part.

Had it at the dealer today. It was the fan motor. Control module was OK. FYI

I just replaced my BCM. I have a 93atx and pulled one out of a 91 taurus wagon. Cost me $15.
Was a snap to replace. I was having the same problem and everywhere I read was to start with the BCM.
