Haven't looked that closely at it.. mine stopped one cold winter day. I was able to drop the glovebox down enough to smack it with my snowbrush, and it started working again. :angelnot:

Open your glovebox, press the 2 sides in and it will drop down all the way giving you a clear view of whats in there. Should be able to change it out that way.
