Ok here is my problem.about a week ago I had a problem with my starting process. It keeping cranking even without key in. New problem the number 9 fuse melted. Replaced with new melted again. With out this fuse my car start like crap if the fuse is in working order my car fires up first time. Without that fuse. First and second attemps to start seem like a dead battery..it will start right up the 3rd time sometimes on the 2nd..Is there anything I could have done that would affect the blower fuse..

Check the cables on the starter. Maybe the wires came loose, or are touching, sending constant voltage from the battery to the starter.

Or, pull the starter and go get it tested. The solenoid might be shot. Post back if you come up with anything.

The only thing that might have happen was the instead of putting the battery cable on the bat side of silnoid I put on starter side and vise versa..would that cause a big problem..no loose cable...I don't see it being a problem but. Ill switch them around. What all does the number 9 fuse do..if I seen right it just runs the blower motor.
