My car has an annoyong little problem, I put the blinker on to turn left, I make my turn, and when the wheel turns back to normal I hear a rachetting noise in the steering column and the blinker wont go off by itself. I know something is broke in there i just dont know what, do I need to relace the wiper stalk switch? Thanks, Joe

Yes, you need to replace the multifunction switch. It is quite generic and can be purchased at places other than Ford. I have previously described the procedure for its installation if you'd care to search the Forum on the keywords of turn, signal, wiper and/or mutlifunction.

FPN has this (F4SZ 13K359AB for a '95, yours should be the same) at a reasonable price. At last, a part that doesn't cost $465.92....
