Blazer Fogs for 89

I have a 89 SHO and my fog lights are stock (not to mention broken)
Anywho, I've heard of these Blazer Lights, and I did a search but all the links to pictures, where I can get them, and walkthroughs of installing them are broken.

Please lend me a hand,
