Best brake fluid for gen 2

My brake fluid is looking a bit grey and probably full of moisture so id like to bleed and flush the system. Whats the best fluid. Yall have used?. Its a daily bit gets driven hard at times. Also withh the abs system is there special ways to bleed the system?.

The best all around is the Valvoline Dot 3/4 found at most auto parts stores. It's better than the plain Dot 3, but not pricey like some of the high end ones. I've used this stuff on the track with no issues. To bleed the ABS system, there is a special tool (available in my classified ad), or you can do some stops on a gravel road (or some place to get the ABS to engage) then bleed the system some more.
