just raced this last weekend, and finally had some really fun competition.
CP had 4 entrys this time. and my car had a co-driver.
lets meet the contestants... first off was this mustang gt

then, this circle track modified monte carlo:

then, my friend jacob and i in my car:

it was a really close race all day and at the last minute the SHO pulled off a 1-2 victory with jacob in first place with a 38.889 and me in second with a 39.007

needless to say i am very happy with the outcome and jacod liked my car so much that he's retireing his 240 for next season and co-driving my car.

:burnout:

Congrats! The most important thing is to be having fun, but when you're having fun and winning it's even better.

Cool beans, but how do you let somebody else outdrive you in your own car? ;) And what was grandma in the first picture driving?

Good driving, but remember to have the passengers keep their hands inside the car, and not hanging onto the window.:thumb:

nice drivin,
did you ever get new tires from the time i met you
no, having some budget problems, but i've adapted to the current setup and made some suspension changes that helped tone down the oversteer. it's acctually a really fun setup to drive at the moment... or.. should say WAS untill the slot at the bottom of one of the knuckles wallowed out and let the controll arm work loose. not my alignments' messed up also. but parts are one the way so i'm still on track.

FYI.. to people with shimmed power steering racks. CHECK THE NUTS:oogle:

they had come loose resulting in my problem i thought was alignment. just letting everyone know. car's ok now and awaiting serious go-fast mods for season 2.
