My climate control stays on full blast when I turn it off, so after doing a search, it seems to me that its the BCM. Does anyone have instructions on how to replace the BCM?

Its really easy, you can do a search for Blower control module on the forum and find everything you need including pictures, this is what I used to replace mine and haven't had any problems.

I asked this question before but I've done some more research and still have a question. I can get a blower control module off of a 89 sho, by the looks of it the outer black casing that covers the unit and the wires that run to the connector look a little different than the second gen ones. Has anyone used a BCM from an older ACC in their second gen sho's. Or does anyone know if they are compatible?

Hey I was having the same problem after getting my belts retensioned when the idiot mechanics didn't replace the belts correctly. All I did was do a 30 minute reset with the battery cables disconnected and that problem was fixed, my guess was it was caused by a relay stuck open because of a surge when they reconnected the battery shrug
