BBQ & tech meet, Saturday, August 30th

Hey guys... We are going to be having a BBQ/ Tech session get together on Saturday, August 30th. I'd be happy to see all of you there.

Show up at my house at 2:30 in the PM with your car. We are going to eat, drink, be merry, and have a tech meet.

Bring one item with you, whether it be chips, a bottle of Soda, hamburger buns, anything... We'll be grilling hot dogs, hamburgers, and I'll probably buy some steaks too.

This is a perfect opportunity for new members to come meet the group and learn something new about their car. We'll be covering the basics of the 60k, I.E. Intake removal, valve cover removal, etc. These are much needed and money saving tips for those that are new to the car, and great refreshers for those of us that have been with our SHOs for awhile.

Post here if you can go and what you are going to bring.

A slight change of plans. The BBQ has been moved to the 6th of September. It's still a Saturday; It's still at 2:30.

I am going in Monday to get a permit to shut down the street. So this will be really cool. I'd really love to see any of you there, even id you can't stay for the whole thing.

For the rest of you: this is my weekly reminder/ harrassment! BE THERE! This is panning out to be probably the second biggest meet of the year, next to the convention and certainly the largest SHOcago meet evar!

So be there... It's only one day and all of you should be able to drive down, play, and drive back in the same day!
