Hi all,

So, I just went home this weekend from college, and found my battery to be pretty darn dead. Jumped it, drove it that night for a little ride, but the next morning it was dead again. I drove to a gas station to fill the tank, when I went to leave it wouldn't start — after getting charged for about 30 seconds from someone elses car, it was able to get enough draw to start...

Its drawing around a half ampere load. Is that higher than it should be? Something must be draining it. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas.

Thanks.

That draw sounds high. I would first check to see if its your battery. Disconnect it for a night and see if it loses charge on its own.

If not, then hook up you ammeter and start pulling fuses. You'll find the draw sooner or later.
