OK, now I have your attention. All those who don't look at your under carriage (or my thread on subframe bolt holes), go look!!! (lucky I decided to change my own oil!)
Damn Ford Dealers! Just found out my subframe bolt recall was never done, even though the previous owner took it in March '99 for the service and the Ford system shows it as completed. Went to a different dealer with my suspicions and they were skeptical and were going to charge to inspect the area. They found what I did, NO HOLES in the floorboard! Well they completed the service finally for free. They're damn lucky the cradle didn't fall and cause a wreck. What a lawsuit that would be! Have to contact the NHTSA now!
