Jeez I hope this gets better...I tried 2 do the code check with a paper clip but when i turned her on the check engine light came on and stayed on, didn't run thru any codes or anything...So a little later I wuz going to see some family and I get 2 the exit gate @ my community and stop.....Yah so does the good ole' SHO...idk...got her 2 start up again after about the 4th try and took her back home and hopped into the blazer...Any ideas b4 i must resort 2 the shop?

Did you turn the car on, or did you just prime the fuel pump?
I slowed down 2 stop at the stop sign and it died as i came 2 a stop, so i put it in park and tried 2 start her up a couple of times it wouldnt even turn over and when i got her started i had 2 give her gas... shrug

Fletch when you run the codes you only need to have the ignition turned on. There are several things that could be contributing to your car stallinig. Check your battery connection.
ya I know the ignition only needs 2 b turned 2 on, CE light just stays on tho and doesnt run thru any codes or advance...I'm going 2 try it again tomorrow with wires...as 4 her stalling out I'm pretty positive it has 2 do with the CE light...batt. connections r fine
