I have a water leak in my 94 really bad, it's coming out of the red circled hole in the pic. What I don't understand is how it would get there, it's supposed to follow that channel and drain out the actual sunroof drain (which are not clogged btw) so how might water be getting over this ridge and into that area. It does not seem like there is anything blocking its path and forcing it over, but I think I am going to have to drop the headliner 100% to really diagnose this problem *sigh*

are you sure those drain paths are not clogged , ie blow through them with an air hose?

Yup, I made 100% sure they were clear before I put the headliner in. I dumped water down them and it came out, now maybe they are partially clogged and will still drain but not as well as they should?

I have yet to check mine. Where exactly do those channels drain out? I have recently found a spot that is in front of the backseat and the passenger rear door, that has been getting wet when it rains. Do the drain hoses for the moonroof, go anywhere near this area?

Just for everyones future reference, my sunroof seal was bad. It was not sealing out enough water and it was flooding my drains, I put on different glass and it slowed the leaking down:)
