I’ve been getting a cyl 1 misfire, ruled out compression, spark plug and coil pack so decided to check for Injector faults but Forscan didn’t find anything. I data logged Cyl1 Injector Fault and Cyl1 Injector Status during misfires but no luck. Could it be dirty/bad without Forscan picking it up?

Run a bottle of Lucas Fuel Treatment through the engine and see if it clears it up.

Have you scoped the manifold to check for buildup or blockage? What does the spark plug look like? Is it wet or white?

spark plugs had a little bit of carbon on the end but they were fairly clean and dry.

I've had Techron concentrate plus work to clean up the stuff that builds up on the fuel sending unit in my '14 f150. Made the fuel gauge read properly again.

Most don't, the Lucas seems to help our sticking injectors though.

What they said. I've always had good results with either Lucas or Techron. Btw...if you have a Chevron station near you it will have Techron already in the gas. Shell has a really good cleaner in theirs as well.
