When I first got my car, I knew it had a DRL module installed by the owner before Chris. Well, while I owned it, I always wanted to take out the module, but I noticed the lights started to get dimmer. Now they dont even turn on, not that big of a deal.
However, every so often, randomly it seems. When I turn off my car the brights will come on. Not the parking lights, just the brights. If I notice it, I can see the indicator on the dash come on, but most of the time I'm not really looking for it. If I do notice it, all I need to do is turn the lights on and off, and they'll turn off.
Also, my brights indicator doesnt work at all. So..Is this a bad DRL module, or something else? Since the car didn't originally have the DRL's, can I just take out the module?
