Bad ccrm!

Are these the signs of a bad rcm,flicking cel light,od,starts to miss and buck,runs like shzzzzz.Cuts off wont start for while,Thens rus perfect again

When my CCRM went bad, the fuel pump wouldn't run (and thus the car wouldn't start) and the CCRM box actually started smoking. But that is just what happen to mine.

I was thinking that too. Haha. Even though I don't really know about these cars yet, it kinda sounded like a bad crank or cam sensor instead of a bad CCRM.

My 1989 had no codes present when the computer went bad.
I had fuel pressure but the injectors didn't fire.
