Just got back late last night. Camped with PDHarley with his turbo SHO buggy and AZ SHO OFF. The Other Woman ran great! That motor is just unbelievable, accelerating in second gear up the face of a steep dune, just incredible.
Didn't beat the LS1 powered buggies at the drags on Saturday night though. They got wise and wouldn't do it from a dead stop, only a flying jump start. From a stop, that 3.2 SHO motor in a light buggy is hard to beat.
Raced a turbo'd 3.5 Dodge Intrepid powered buggy with "The Hulk" graphics on the side and beat him easily; never saw him again that night.
Finally started to jump her, off little ones to start with, now 5 and 6 footers are no problem.
AZ SHO OFF took her for a spin up comp hill in Patton Valley and got her to wheelie at the very top. Got videos of it also.
What a rush!
