Alright boys and girls, we are going to have the greatest get together of the year, on March 19th. As you've probably read, Bizzy is coming to town to refresh/rebuild some trannies for some of us. Now would be a great time (if you have an MTX) to go snag that 75.00 tranny from the junkyard, bring it out to the meet on the 19th (or sooner) and have her rebuild it for you. Her prices for labor are so much lower than anywhere else in town.

Josh at SHO NUT still has some refresh parts left and we might be able to scrounge up what he is out of. Even if she just takes the tranny apart for you and checks it out, does her diff pin "bullet proofing", and puts in new seals, it would be a great deal cheaper, and you'd have a safe tranny for when yours goes south.

I have a solvent parts cleaner to make it easier for everyone involved and plenty of space to work in the shop.

I was planning on us (the AZ SHO Club) taking her to the Pavillions car SHOW on Saturday Night and then out to Dinner at Rawhide or Pinnacle Peak Patio, just to SHOw her how the West was REALLY won.

On Sunday, I am trying to get a bunch of the SHO powered buggies and race cars together at one spot for pics, movies and rides. We HAVE to get her a ride in Lee's Class one race car. If I can get enough cars to SHOw up, I'll have a professional videographer to do the video for us.

Mitzi and I will provide the barbeque on Saturday at noonish, maybe carne asada or pollo asada.

Give me a SHOw of hands if you might be here for either day.

Another possibility on Sunday (or part of Sunday) would be to go to F1 Race Factory. On that day only (as far as I know) they're combining the two kart tracks into a single 0.5 mile track.

They've also got a one-of-a-kind-first-in-the-nation r/c car race track that is very cool:

Anyway, I don't have a strong preference either way, just wanted to make it known as an option. Price of admission is definitely going to be higher for the karts, maybe we can leave that for a late afternoon or evening thing for the folks interested. I can find out when their endurance race is so that we can avoid that and plan a little better.

I'll be there for sure on the 19th. I look foward to meeting Ms. Bizzy, and thanking he for this wonderful website that allowed me such a great bunch of SHO enthusiasts. Tom...about the 325ES...if you have the means I highly recomend picking one up! (from Ferris Bueler's Day Off)
