I am having issue with right axle. I have replaced it 3 times with the same result.
I did the first time and then let shop do other times. About 1 month or 2 later the right axle starts making sqeeks and I can feel in shifter vibrations.
I am an aggressive driver but I don't think this is problem. The car is not stock all bolt ons and lightened. 92.thanksoh valeo clutch/stocktob

Maybe it is a wheel bearing. Also on my atx I had some shaking in the wheel turned out to be the pass. control arm.

No shaking in wheel only shifter.

Have you checked the shifter mounting points? I would also look at SFB's and MMT's. Also make sure that the innermediate shaft carrier bearing is bolted into place.

If the halfshaft bearing is loose it'll vibrate the tranny, and also wear out a lot of stuff that shouldn't be wearing out.

I'd also check the motor and transmission mounts to make certain they're all healthy.
