ATX to MTX conversion

Has anyone ever converted an ATX to MTX? writeup somewhere? Needed off the top of my head:

MTX Tranny
MTX shifter
MTX pedals
MTX Y Pipe, modify cat back
MTX wiring (big hassle as some of it is in the dash)
MTX subframe and motor/ tranny mounts: engine to motor mount mounting points different, engine would sit 2" further back
Drive shafts, passenger axle hanger bearing mount
lower speedo cable
Flywheel, clutch
Different computer

there are other, less complex ways to go than what you described - depending on what your final outcome desired is.
