ATX shift ?

Is it normal for the 2-3 shift to be at 70 mph on the highway, and at 58-60mph under slower acceleration?

yeah probably, in 2nd at 7,500rpm i'm doing 85-90

I forgot to mention it is a 94 model.

I hit 90 at 7k in 2nd....if I have it in "2." Other than that it shifts normally at 4-6500rpms depending how much I'm standing on it.

What you've stated is completely normal for your '94, jfug (see below).
