check this post for history of what has gone on so far. my problem now is that the car starts in second gear. if i drop it in 1 it feels like it's in 2 gears at the same time, it really doesn't want to move. i get a code 645 - incorrect gear ratio for first gear. any suggestions? i also noticed that when i drove it last night the speedometer jumped from 60 to 90 and then back to sixty and was fine. that's the vss right? cruise works and there is no code other than 645. will the vss cause the first gear problem?
