atx part identification

Anyone know where this is supposed to go??? I found a nut stuck to the pan magnet.
I would post a pic, but the forum says it's too large. Is there a way to "shrink" the pic/file?

Right click the image, and select the "edit" option in the pop-up box. Microsoft paint should come up (if your running Windows of course), and either hit "Ctrl + W", or click "Image" and select "Stretch and Skew". Or you can just upload the image to photobucket.com, and work your magic from there.
