If your AXOD tranny ever goes out, I highly recommend The Transmission Shop in Garland, Tx as a vendor to replace/rebuild. I recently had mine rebuilt with trans-go kit and new fron motor mount installed all for just over $1700. There is no substitute for experience with the sho motors and trannys, and this shop has plenty. This is the second sho tranny he has done in the last couple of months, and my friend Jonathan has used him as well, and his tranny shifts like gangbusters again!!

Roy,
You should come to one of our Lone Star Sho CLub get togethers. Probably have one again in the spring. Would love to meet you and see that awesome sho firsthand!

That would be great. Keep me posted when you have the date(s).

On a side note, I think I've noticed you mention that you officiate basketball games. I am about to start my third season so I don't have the experience you do. I am still at the middle/high school level. I was getting alot more varsity games at the end of last season so hopefully that will continue this season. I was a basketball coach for the 10 years prior to officiating so now I know both sides of the fence so to speak.

Thanks for the compliment on my SHO. It's my pride and joy but my wife could care less. To her it's just a car but we know better, right?

You got a nice SHO too. I like the white on white, the bra and blackouts. If you are in need of any parts, I know of a 93 parts car just like yours in Corpus Christi. I've bought a couple of things off of it.

Thanks, Roy if you have any questions, sho related, or basketball referee related feel free to e-mail me off-list. I am the assignment secretary here for the Permian Basin Chapter, so I have a big resposibility this year. Which chapter did you join? I might know some folks down in your neighborhood and put in a good word.
