Hey guys my name is Adam.
After a long time wanting a SHO I finally got one.
It's a red 92' mtx with black leather interior.
When I bought it someone had literally driven the wheel off of it. the passenger front wheel bearing had gotten so bad the abs tone ring had wore a groove into the knuckle and destroyed the abs sensor.
as a result I pretty much stole it.
took the shop 3 hrs to get a new bearing and hub situated. and then it sat in my garage for 8 months.
fast forward to last week, I finally got all the title paper work sorted out, and started work on it.
So far I have replaced the wheel bearing and CV on the passenger side
And replaced the DIS to get it running right.
Aside from that I've just been lubing things from sitting for nearly 4 years. I'm excited to get it back to SHO quality
Where is the members build section?
Does anyone know or remember someone here in Alaska in the early 2000's with a red 92 with the plates SHOOFF ? I would like to talk to the previous owner as I think there has been some performance work done to this car.. feels like more than 220hp
