Anybody know if the fuel pump door specs. are the same for an ATX as they are for the MTX? I can't seem to find a definate answer and I only want to cut this once. Thanks 94ATX 126K.

I followed this for my '95 ATX and it worked great.

Be very careful when cutting the floor, those fuel lines are right underneath them. I was pleased I didn't touch mine, but they are very very close.

They're both the same. I cut access holes when I had to replace my mtx and atx fuel pumps. The link above will work fine for dimensions to cut. I used this link: http://www3.sympatico.ca/david.sansom/SCTaurusGasPump.html
for dimensions. Same process, just different dimensions which leave a smaller hole, about 6x6, and still plenty of room to work. Definately make shallow, careful cuts. The gas and vapor lines are close. I got both new pumps from ape, great service and prices.
