ATX experts? Does our ATX fits a SLO?

I listed my atx tranny localy and a guy wanted to know if it fits a slo. But he didnt mentioned any years , so its either for a duratec or the vulcan 3.0 or 3.8 .

Would it fit mecanicly AND electronicaly? I know Slos has the axod , and ours are axod SHO , what are the differances between them?

It will fit a GenI/II physically, but not work electrically, even if the valve bodies and remaining electronics are swapped.

The difference in final drive ratios will cause the ECU to generate a fault code, which will disable TC lockup and ruin the pump in short order.
