My car was broken into last night during one **** of a downpour here in glendale and and the bastards not only stole my stereo and all 50 of my CD's but they jacked my backpack which had over 2 years of my chemical Engineering designs and DNA code sequencing from college!!!$@#%^@#$^@$# I'm so mad right now i'm seeing red!

Thanks god they didnt take the car.... couldnt find the **** switch to get the ignition to start, but the collumn is all F'ed up now, i'm going outside now to fix it up and hopefully calm my nervers before I punch a whole in the wall.

Cant stand these people who have the nerve to take things that arent theres!@#%#@ especially when they steal a perons research that they will probably ditch into a Trashcan 10 miles away becuase they have no idea what it is or use for it! $^@#$^#$ARGHHH.

Prolly the same bastages that took my tires and wheels. :madflame:

Did you not have any of your research backed up anywhere else?

In any case, sorry for your loss and your frustration is well understood by all of use who've been there before. It's just stuff, though, it's all replacable, even the research material. Frustating, to be sure, but in the long run I'm betting you'll recover well.

And kudos on the **** switch. Sounds like it did its job well.

Hey Kiwibird,

I have been thinking about installing a **** switch in my 95 SHO. Did you do this yourself and is it pretty easy, I have a factor ignition chip to insert to start mines but I would like to install a **** switch after that to double my security before I install an aftermarket alarm system. Any suggestions?

I'm thinking of one too. I do live in Maryvale and now I might have 2 SHOs.

its easy to install not to much trouble. Its well worth it especialyl for peace of mind. course there is still the fact that our cars can be broken into in 5 seconds anyway. Having the rims stolen would suck too I would be pretty upset if mine were.

Someone surely must have the schematics from a hanes manual or something. Otherwise go stand in Autozone and read the schematics.
