No hibernation, Terri. Actually wanted to post up but my internet wasn't working well since about monday.
So. I want to do sunday march 4. Put me down for 2 rides at $20 per.

One problem- I don't do paypal, is it ok if I bring it in person? I could do it saturday.

Any status on how many rides are left unsold? I'll get the word out to the Bimmer guys if it looks like we need to sell the extra rides.

Okay folks, the first paypal funds are in. Thankie Mike! :hail:

The "deposit" is in place for March 4 from 1:00 to 3:00 in case we get decent participation, otherwise I will drop the second hour.

The contract is on its way to me but I wanted to give everyone a "final" date for replies and payment so I am not stuck with the contract.

All replies and funds must be received no later than Friday, February 23. If there is not enough participation to fulfill the contract, I will cancel it and merely purchase individual rides for those who signed up. We'll still get to track together, although it may not be "just us".

Thaw out, buck up and come have a blast! :thumb:

I'm in! But like G said, i would rather do it in person and not Paypal. Is that ok? I can also have a few friends go too.

Hi Mike -

Gezim stopped at my place to give me his cash.

My only issue is if we don't get enough paid ahead of time, I am not completing the contract. On the other hand, if we get enough people to fill all the slots, folks could get "shut out".

Again, no offense to anyone but I cannot be left on the hook for any expense aside from my own rides. I'm sure you can relate!

Terri, so i was thinking. Its $20 per ride. Right? Well how long is each ride? How many riders do we got so far? Just some questions. :)

Right now we have quite a few people interested, but only twelve slots paid for by five people.

Each ride is 10-12 minutes long, they will give us 12 karts on track for the hourly rental. The hourly rental is not cheaper than the $20 published rate per ride - it merely guarantees that we are running together.

Again, if I do not get enough people to fill the slots, I will buy individual rides covering those who have paid. If that happens, it is possible that others will be able to ride at the same time but there's no guarantee.

To repeat, I will accept payment until Friday the 23rd. I will be taking care of either the contract or the individual rides that Saturday.

Arnold's Karts is located in Oaks, PA. If you can't map to their location, they are located in the same center as The Dump, Target, Lowe's, Max & Irma's. You should be able to locate it from any of these addresses.

Terri,

Let me drum up some NJ friends. I would guess I can fill 10 slots. But don't hold me to it until I get some replies from a few emails.

Thanks to everyone who came out to play!! :salute:

We'll do it again sometime soon.

For those who missed it - 'twas a lot of fun! :oogle:
(John says a lot of fun doesn't even begin to describe it.)
