Armor All = Creaking dash?

I've noticed lately after putting Armor-All on my dash (actually, quite a while ago), that it has been creaking after sitting in the sun. Someone told me that the stuff makes dashes crack, but then again, many others disagree, and say it keeps my plastic in nice condition. Could this be the wipes making it crack, or what?

by any chance is your dash creaking on the very left side of the dash right by that vent that small little vent on the very left side of the dash??

Unfortunately I have heard many problems with Armor All on dashes. Contains alcohol which can dry out your dash and in the sun can do a number. The only product that I have heard is save (and use on my car with no problems) is Black Magic. Don't know of a solution though. Might want to talk to a detail shop.
