i am also looking for a mtx tranny mount i think mine is bad still feels like motor rocks back and forth under accel and decell (i have made my own solid motor mounts so it is not that) or does anybody have any good ideas on what it might be ?

I think I have an extra (re-inforced) one laying around somewhere, remind me as it gets closer to the date and I'll look.
Also, if anyone needs any other parts!!!!! I am going to part the G1/G2 '89 and I'll bring whatever parts with me that you guys might need. Sorry, I don't have another AC compressor.

I have:
A complete mocha Gen 2 interior (except headliner, seats are in super shape)
An extra set of Gen 2 mocha door panels
Complete gray Gen 1 interior (except carpet & headliner)
Various Gen 1 and Gen 2 body parts
A white police grill (minor surface crack, can be easily patched)
Anything off the 3.0 motor (only about 80K on it, intake has rub spot from broken motor mount)
2 green gen 2 hoods (one has dings, other one is ok, IIRC)
And I think I have 2 extra sets of basketweaves with crappy tires.
Or if you want the entire car, I'm willing to let it go cheeeeeap. It just doesn't have any suspension on it right now but I can put the stock suspension/weaves back on it if needed. Needs a lower power steering hose, but driveable if you've got good strong arm muscles! haha
Just make me an offer on whatever. I'm tired of it all sitting in my attic/carport.

Yeah, I'll have that gauge pod. I've also got a decent set of struts/springs off my 95 if anyone needs a set. I think all the mounts and all are good.

Todd, is that console a MTX or ATX console? The openings around the shifter are different. I have an ATX console top now, but I'd like to swap it to a MTX one.

Edit: I've got a set of used Eibach springs also if anybody's interested.

the top plastic piece isn't in the greatest of condition either but the rest of the console is great, especially the carpeting.

I just went to one of my local junkyards today, they don't have anymore SHO's and changed all the cars there, barely have any Taurus'. Although I spotted a nice gen2 sable with vented rear discs that caught my eye even tho I really don't need em. I'll keep on the lookout for a black mtx top...

yeah I always wondered if they were different but I remeber seeing somewhere a MTX one that looked like mine, it could have been your car now that you bring that up.....

Yes, '89 SHO, MTX, Has a Gen 2 front end on it (fenders, hood, headlights, front bumper) and all Gen 2 interior except the dash.

38SHO, what color are your front seats?

I also have a special set of tan seats in my SHO if anyone wants to work out some kind of trade for them, or buy them off of me. However I would like to get some struts for them maybe, I could work something out. Here is a link to the picture, the seats originally came from my 95 Sable LTS, but that car is gone and I kept the seats. They are bolted in the SHO so you guys can check them out.

not sure there my brothers off his 91 that his gf totaled i need the front 2 struts were my car must of been in an accident before i got it. i have tocikos and ebaichs but the right front has a stock strut im pretty sure he will sell them.he is going to be stripping the car this weekend so if anybody needs part gimmi a pm or post. i will give him a call this weekend and see what he is keeping

I've been to daytona before and seen enough of the track... although I don't know what the track tour consists of I've pretty much been around the infield/pits/stands/front straight...

although if you wanted to **** some time with me I'd be down for a race/beach cruising/couple of drinks haha... you'd probably waiste more money on gas tho then the track tour keeping up with my lead foot.....

I'd like to go see Daytona USA, drive on the beach, get a couple drinks, and maybe get into a SHO vs SHO race.... thats about my only goals.....
