I need new struts but I don't have the money right now for Tokikos and Eibach springs. I was looking into getting KYB's from "The Tire Rack". What does everyone think? Thanks!

Shosig does bring up a point. The KYB's for me are perfect, but I keep my ride at the stock height. It's a baby hauler for me, so I'm not going for balls-out performance. I want comfort for her, yet performance for me. These struts were the right blend of that, and were the right price.SHOSIG:
Better than stock, but if you plan on lowering the car, you will more than likly get the "pogo" effect.
The KYB AGX are awesome struts. Unfortunately they aren't offered for the Taurus. Only the GR-2's are. Personally, I'd save your money. I setup a group deal with www.shox.com a long time ago which is still going on (doesn't end-no this isn't a group buy post, just a discount post; I don't make anything from it). If you call them up and ask to speak to Daryl Larkin and mention the "shotimes group buy" he'll give you a discount. I got my koni's for $106 each and my eibachs for $189 at the time. Many others cashed in on this deal and have been doing it over the years. I wish it had been put on the shotimes website but the site sorta went to **** a few years back and hasn't started functioning much until a year or so ago. Even if you decided to go with the KYB's, www.shox.com does sell them and can offer a deal.PROPHET:
Sitting here checking out my new Summit Racing catalog and i see a new KYB AGX Adjustable Shock for $79.95 each.
