Anyone interested in a Dyno Day?

Well, like the title says, anyone interested if I go forth and set this up? I deal with a shop in Madison called Dynotuned. we did quite a few Supra meets there when I was a Supra owner. The guys are great, and they cut a killer deal on dyno time for groups. Let me know how many are interested and I can get the ball rolling.

The shop I usually set these up with is Dynotuned. Great group of guys, and REALLY reasonable prices. No dates set yet. I wanted to gauge interest first because Dyno rate discounts depend on group size. Our Supra meets usually averaged 10 cars and we were doing 3 pulls for $75 with WB02.

How about just before the July Sho convention ? that would be best for me

Might work. Depends, though, because people will already be dropping at least a few hundred bucks on the convention itself (those who are going, anyway).

I would think some time in June would be acceptable to most. Saturdays are probably best, also.

Well, I called Dynotuned to get some numbers. If we have under 20 cars, the prices are $35 for 2 pulls or $40 for 2 pulls with Air/fuel. If time allows, this price will also include a 3rd run. More than 20 cars will result in better pricing(although this isn't that bad). Just before SHO convention would be nice, but like someone else said, most will be dumping a buinch of money on that. Someone else mentioned early May, so I was thinking around Saturday, May 7th. That would give people time to get the cars out, and get some baseline runs in before the summer tuning begins. Otherwise, we could go later. Does this sound ok or should we shoot for something a little later?

Meeting times: For best chance at a 3rd dyno pull included in the price, we should try to meet as close to the 10am opening time as possible. Is this ok with everyone?

After party: I was thinking of getting together at a park for some photo shoots, and then hitting up a good local resturaunt for some grub. Ideas needed for after party as well, so chime on in!
